"What to Do When Construction Projects Go Bad"

Byrne, partner in the firm’s Mobile office and member of the Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group, will present at an upcoming Lorman Seminar. The seminar titled, "What to Do When Construction Projects Go Bad" will provide attendees with insight into the construction process, including issues surrounding insurance, termination, liens, and bond claims. The program will also focus on how to effectively handle claims and disputes.
