Schuette, Partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, presented at the April 26, 2012 Products Liability Advisory Council's Spring Conference in Asheville, NC.  His presentation titled, "The Art and Science of Jury Selection: What Neuroscience Can Tell Us About How Jurors Think and Decide," focused on the nonconscious decision-making processes of jurors including heuristics, cognitive biases and similar processes, how they operate, and what affects their perception.
