Special Counsel Katharine F. Musso will present at an upcoming Lorman Education Services seminar titled "Overdraft Opt-Ins: Protecting Your Bank Under Regulation E." The 90-minute program covers the Federal Reserve Board's revisions to Regulation E regarding limits on overdraft costs for consumers, as well as how financial institutions must comply with the new regulations by July 1, 2010.
