Partner Michael A. Chernekoff served as a panel moderator for the Oil and Gas Environmental Enforcement Workshop, held April 27 in Houston, Texas. The workshop was put on by the Environmental Enforcement and Crimes Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (SEER). Speakers included current and former U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Justice civil and criminal enforcement officials from Washington, D.C., as well as the EPA's Region 6. Mr. Chernekoff serves as a Vice-Chairman of the ABA SEER Committee, and also served on the planning committee for this event.
