"The Times They Are A-Changing: Change is What the Obama Administration Promised, and Change is What We've Got" (Baton Rouge)

Jones Walker's Labor & Employment Practice Group will host a labor and employment seminar June 3, 2010, in Baton Rouge, titled "The Times They Are A-Changing: Change is What the Obama Administration Promised, and Change is What We've Got." The seminar will cover a variety of hot-button issues in labor and employment law. With countless changes to legislation and even more new laws on the way, it is imperative that management professionals stay on top of changes so that they can protect their businesses from potentially costly and reputation-damaging litigation.
