Special counsel Nicole M. Duarte will speak at the 57th Annual Mineral Law Institute, which will be held Thursday, March 25, and Friday, March 26, at Louisiana State University's McKernan Law Auditorium in Baton Rouge. Ms. Duarte's presentation, "Subsurface Water Rights," will take place during Friday's session.
