On February 26, 2010, partner Madeleine Fischer presented on "The Use of Experts in Bad Faith Litigation" at the 18th Annual Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Midyear Program in Phoenix, Arizona. Together with Boston attorney Craig Stewart, Ms. Fischer led a roundtable discussion on when the use of experts is appropriate, what qualifies an expert to testify on bad faith issues, treading the fine line between fact and law with expert witnesses, and making and meeting Daubert challenges to bad faith experts.
