Partner Thomas M. Nosewicz has been appointed Chair Elect of the Midyear Meeting Arrangements within the American Bar Association's (ABA) Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS). Appointments to leadership positions within TIPS reflect professional abilities and reputation among the section's 27,000 members. Mr. Nosewicz will serve a single-year term in this position, effective the last day of the ABA's 2010 annual meeting in San Francisco, California, and will dedicate his time to helping TIPS achieve its goals as well as serving the public.
