Melissa A. Campbell Expands Jones Walker’s Miami Litigation Team

MIAMI—Jones Walker is pleased to announce that Melissa A. Campbell has joined the firm's Miami office as a special counsel in the Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

With nearly eight years of experience representing clients in various types of commercial litigation, Ms. Campbell has handled complex litigation in both state and federal courts. Her experience extends to the areas of products liability, environmental law, real estate, white collar crime, intellectual property, antitrust, and trusts and estates, among others. In the past, she has represented clients in complex class action private antitrust litigation and has represented both acquiring and acquired companies in merger investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice. Ms. Campbell has also represented clients in mediations and the negotiation of settlement agreements.

Ms. Campbell is a 2002 graduate of Tulane University Law School, where she received her juris doctor degree, cum laude, and was selected to Order of the Barristers. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1999. Ms. Campbell is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Florida, and Maryland.
