Attorneys Speak at the New Orleans Paralegal Association Seminar

Amy M. Winters, partner, and Mia S. Mitchell, associate, both of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, spoke at the New Orleans Paralegal Association's (NOPA) Annual Educational Seminar on October 7, 2011, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Ms. Winters presented, "Taking the Headache Out of Medical Records Requests," while Ms. Mitchell gave a speech titled, "Who Dat Say They Own Who Dat?" Other areas of interest included, "The Real Dirt on Real Estate Law" and "Green Litigation: How to Manage E-Discovery Without Destroying the Planet." Established in 1979, NOPA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of the paralegal profession.
