Jones Walker Attorneys Speak at LSBA Annual Meeting and LSBA/LJC Summer School

Several Jones Walker attorneys participated as speakers at the Louisiana State Bar Association's Annual Meeting and LSBA/LJC Summer School, held on June 2-7, 2013, in Sandestin, Florida. Andrew R. Lee, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented "Digesting the Regulatory Alphabet Soup: Why Corporate Compliance Matters." Laura F. Ashley, an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, discussed, "Representing Creditors Before, During and After Bankruptcy: What Everyone Should Know." Pauline F. Hardin, a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the New Orleans office, spoke on a panel titled, "The Judiciary Commission: Selected Issues from the 'Other Side' (Judges Only Ethics)." James E. Wright, III, a partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime Practice Group in the New Orleans office, presented, "Professionalism: Making the Hard Decisions in the Face of Adversity − A Discussion about Hon. J. Skelly Wright," together with the Hon. Roland L. Belsome Jr. of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
