Hebert, Heidingsfelder, and Lewis speak at the GNOBFA's 33rd River and Marine Industry Seminar

The Greater New Orleans Barge Fleeting Association's 33rd River and Marine Industry Seminar was held in New Orleans, Louisiana, April 21-24, 2015. Marc C. Hebert, a partner in the firm's Admiralty & Maritime and Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, co-moderated the seminar, leading several of the panel discussions. Jane H. Heidingsfelder, a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group, spoke on Occupational Safety and Health Administration reporting requirements that went into effect in 2015 as relates to uninspected towing vessels. Sidney F. Lewis, V, a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group, participated in a "rapid fire" panel and discussed labor issues affecting the marine industry. This year's seminar drew more than 527 attendees representing more than 200 companies involved in the marine industry from across the United States, England, and Norway.
