Jungerhaus Mar. Servs. GMBH & Co. KG, C.A. No. 15-41381, 2016 WL 6574085 (5th Cir. Nov. 4, 2016), where the Fifth Circuit affirmed a summary judgment granted in favor of a vessel owner on the grounds that the longshoreman working aboard the vessel could not establish that the vessel owner breached a duty owed to him.
