Nadia de la Houssaye, leader of the firm's telemedicine practice in the Lafayette office, was quoted in the Bloomberg BNA Health Care Daily Report article titled, "New State Telemedicine Laws Show Provider Hurdles Remain." Ms. de la Houssaye discusses the new telemedicine laws recently enacted in Texas and Oklahoma and the issues surrounding these new laws, such as restrictions, state medical board requirements, and lack of uniformity among telemedicine state laws.
