Corporate & Securities associates, Scott Chenevert and Richard Montgomery, spoke at the seminar, "Prevent Costly Mistakes Through the Correct Entity Choice in Louisiana," sponsored by the National Business Institute.  Mr.Chenevert presented on June 9 at the Baton Rouge Marriott, and Mr. Montgomery presented on June 10 in New Orleans at the Doubletree Hotel. The seminar was attended by attorneys, accountants and financial planners to gain insight into the many factors that affect how an entity should be structured, including tax issues, sources of start-up capital, and how the company will be managed.
