Perret Publishes Article About ABA Rules for Attorney Advertising

Kim A. Perret, Chief Marketing Officer, published an article, “Legal Marketing Association Advocates for Amendments to ABA Model Rules on Lawyer Advertising,” on the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) “Strategies+” blog. In the article, she discusses representing LMA at a recent American Bar Association (ABA) forum on the ethics and professional responsibility of lawyer advertising. Ms. Perret, a past president of LMA and current co-chair of the LMA Advocacy Working Group on Ethics and Advertising, outlines the importance of the organization’s advocacy of revisions to and clarification of the ABA model rules.
