On February 4, Houston attorneys Kelly Donaldson, Ruth Schuster, Scott Wolfrom and guest presenter, Commander Tom Marion of the United States Coast Guard, presented "Contracts for the Energy Industry: Construction Contracts Including Maritime Issues" seminar for Lorman Education Services at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston. The seminar is the first of the Houston office's "Energy Project Development and Operations Seminar Series." Topics included project development, insurance and indemnity, payment, scheduling, maritime jurisdiction, permitting and compliance and dispute resolution.
