Wolfe Receives Mayoral Appointment to New Orleans Board of Liquidation, City Debt

Corporate & Securities partner, Richard Wolfe, has been appointed by New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin to a seat on the Board of Liquidation, City Debt for a term expiring in 2015. The Board of Liquidation consists of the Mayor, the two Councilmen at Large, and six private citizens appointed for staggered 12-year terms. The Board, created by Louisiana statute in 1880, is an independent body with exclusive control and direction of all matters related to general obligation bonded debt of the City of New Orleans.
