On March 4, Baton Rouge real estate partner Charles Landry co-chaired the Zoning and Land Use in Louisiana Seminar held at the Pennington Conference Center in Baton Rouge. The one-day seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services provided an overview and update for attorneys, owners, planners, engineers, project managers, architects, council and board members, property managers, developers, public works directors, zoning board members, surveyors, land use officials, and local governmental representatives in the areas of the basics of the master plan, land use problems areas, environmental pitfalls (wetlands and environmental assessments), rezoning, and the basics of subdivision regulations.
