Baton Rouge government relations special counsel, Chuck McMains, is chair of the LABI Civil Justice Reform Committee for 2003-2004. As chair of the committee, Mr. McMains also serves on the LABI Program Committee which makes the final recommendations to the board of directors in determining the legislative program of work for the following year.
