On August 8, Miami partner Thomas F. Morante co-chaired a panel discussion on "Financing and Structuring Asian Investment in Latin America" at the ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California. Lawyers from Latin America and Asia participated in the panel, which addressed the evolving regulatory environment designed to enhance trade and investment in these regions and the political considerations relative to facilitating regional integration.
