On May 15, labor relations and employment partner, Tom Hubert, presented the topic, "A Practical Guide to Grievance Arbitration/NLRB Deferral to Arbitration," at the American Bar Association's NLRA Basic Law and Procedure Conference that was held in New Orleans on May 13-15.
