Jones Walker of counsel Charles A. Landry is featured in the summer 2008 issue of 10/12 Magazine, which focuses on the Gulf South’s business corridor surrounding Interstate 10 and Interstate 12 in Louisiana. Mr. Landry, architect Steve Oubre, and developer Robert Daigle, nicknamed the “TND Trinity,” are featured in an article titled “TND Trinity: A Lawyer, an Architect, and a Developer Join Forces to Spread New Urbanism.” The article highlights their efforts to help clients begin the development process and make TNDs a reality. Additionally, the article explores the true definition of a TND, including what a TND is not; the role of TNDs in the economic development of the I-10/I-12 corridor; and how the first TND in the state, Robert Daigle’s River Ranch in Lafayette, has changed the course of neighborhood development in Louisiana.
