Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (FHLBank Atlanta or the "Bank") today announced that the Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) has appointed H. Gary Pannell one of three new directors to FHLBank Atlanta's board of directors. The Bank's board of directors also has elected a new director to fill the vacancy as of January 1, 2008 for the directorship the Finance Board has designated for the state of Georgia.
