Ourso elected to Board of Directors for the International Trademark Association's Political Action Committee

Baton Rouge intellectual property and litigation partner A. Justin Ourso III has been elected to the Board of Directors for the International Trademark Association's Political Action Committee. He will serve a two-year term.  INTA is a non-profit membership association of trademark owners and professionals that are dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property elements of fair and effective national and international commerce. The PAC was formed in 1999 to further invest the interests of INTA and the trademark community through financial participation in the federal electoral process.

Mr. Ourso was also recently reappointed to a second two-year term on the U.S. Amicus Subcommittee of the International Amicus Committee of the International Trademark Association. For more information on INTA or any of its subcommittees, please click here.
