Steely Invited to Join International Masters of Gaming Law

MOBILE, Ala.—Jones Walker is pleased to announce that Kenneth S. Steely
has been invited to join the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL).
Mr. Steely, an associate in the firm's Government Relations and Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Groups, is an Affiliated Young Gaming Attorney in IMGL. He is the only attorney in the state of Alabama who has been accepted as a member of the organization.
Prior to joining Jones Walker, Mr. Steely worked for the Alabama Attorney General's Office as Special Deputy Attorney General, where he advised the Attorney General on a variety of issues, including gaming law. Mr. Steely has worked closely with Alabama's gaming laws at both the state and federal levels, representing clients concerned with operating and managing gaming facilities and with gaming machine manufacturers. Mr. Steely has also represented nonprofit and charitable organizations interested in conducting gaming operations.
IMGL is a nonprofit association dedicated to education and the advancement of the gaming law profession, and to establishing an exchange of professional information about the local and global practice and development of gaming law. Membership is by invitation only.
