Government Agencies

  • Department of Labor – Contains information on DOL agencies and programs. To access FMLA forms, choose the Employment Standards Administration, and then go to the Wage and Hour Division. The FMLA forms will be on the right-hand side of the page.

  • Code of Federal Regulations – The CFR online is a joint project authorized by the publisher, the National Archives and Records Administration's Office of the Federal Register, and the Government Printing Office (GPO) to provide the public with enhanced access to government information.
  • Supreme Court Decisions – Information on cert. grants and denials, amici, and on cases the court agrees to hear, ultimately, a summary of the question or questions presented. Database coverage goes back to the beginning of the October 1998 term.
