In addition, we represent clients in both administrative proceedings and in litigation regarding state and local tax matters including those relating to income, franchise, sales, use, ad valorem, occupational license, and severance taxes. Attorneys in the Tax & Fiduciary Litigation group are also active in legislative matters on behalf of clients and regularly interface with our governmental relations-focused attorneys with respect to pending statutes and regulations. Additionally, this group handles fiduciary, trust, and estate litigation matters.
