Jones Walker maintains a domestic and international construction law practice, representing virtually every participant in the construction process, including developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. The aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita sparked significant new construction as well as a substantial amount disputes regarding current, damaged, or destroyed construction, including resulting schedule delays and cost overruns. We also assisted clients with legal issues that arose during Hurricanes Gustav and Ike in 2008, and we are dedicated to providing our clients excellent legal representation and sound advice regardless of the type of disaster they may face.
