The aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita sparked significant new construction and a substantial amount disputes regarding current, damaged, or destroyed construction, including resulting schedule delays and cost overruns. We are prepared to tackle legal issues that may arise during Hurricanes Gustav and Ike, and we are dedicated to providing our clients excellent legal representation and sound advice.
