Keith Landry is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group and practices primarily in the areas of general business transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and project developments. Mr. Landry's practice involves drafting and negotiating transaction agreements, counseling clients in relation to general business issues, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
Mr. Landry also regularly represents clients in a full range of intellectual property matters including patent, trademark, copyright, software and trade secret matters and in relation to the enforcement or defense of intellectual property infringement claims. He represents clients in the technology, software and biotechnology fields in connection with complex licensing and other business transactions involving the development and other commercialization of intellectual property assets. He is presently serving as Co-Chair of the firm's Biotech and Bioinnovation Practice Group. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
