Keith Landry is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group and practices primarily in the areas of general business transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and project developments. Mr. Landry's practice involves drafting and negotiating transaction agreements, counseling clients in relation to general business and financing issues, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
Mr. Landry also serves as a Co-Chair of the firm's BioTechnology and Life Sciences Practice Group. He regularly counsels clients relating to patent, trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property matters and assists clients in connection with acquisitions, joint ventures, and licensing transactions in the technology area.
