Maggie Murphy is a partner in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. For more than 20 years, her transactional practice has been concentrated in the areas of executive compensation, including all types of stock options, restricted stock and stock purchase plans, bonus plans, and employment and change of control agreements. She also focuses her practice on the securities laws applicable to stock-based compensation, the securities law obligations of officers and directors of public companies, particularly in the areas of short-swing trading and insider trading liability, and the SEC reporting obligations of officers, directors, and major shareholders.
