Sarah Belter is a member of the firm’s business and commercial litigation practice. Her practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the compliance areas of corporate and securities litigation, fiduciary duty litigation, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD), and other securities self regulatory organization investigations and arbitrations, white collar crime, and antitrust. Ms. Belter has defended and pursued claims in judicial and arbitral proceedings before a variety of state and federal courts and private arbitration panels.
