Tom Nosewicz is a partner in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  He concentrates on litigation matters with an emphasis on environmental and toxic tort litigation, as well as product liability and asbestos matters.  In 1979, he began representing a large asbestos manufacturer in asbestos litigation and has continued to represent other manufacturers, plant owners, and defendants in building and asbestos litigation and varied chemical exposure claims.  He has successfully defended several Agent Orange claims arising out of service-related claims from Vietnam and Korea.  Mr. Nosewicz has directly handled, on behalf of several clients, the defense and trial of lengthy environmental and toxic tort claims before juries involving multiple plaintiffs and class actions claiming the full spectrum of tort damages.  He has successfully tried cases in Louisiana, Arkansas, Florida, and Virginia.
