Marshall Page is the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group Leader. He concentrates his practice on M&A, private equity, and commercial finance transactions.

Mr. Page has handled transactions on five continents involving private, governmental, and transnational entities and institutions. He has experience with structuring transactions to minimize risk and reduce costs, such as the use of tax efficient corporate structures, the creation of mirror documents to govern in-country and out-of-country activities, careful attention to host country and U.S. antitrust/competition laws, and documentation that implements project finance risk management criteria.

Mr. Page has appeared on the syndicated cable program "It's the Law" on the topic of international law.
