David Radlauer is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Practicing in the areas of antitrust law and commercial litigation, he advises clients in health care and other industries on the antitrust implications of proposed business transactions, designs antitrust compliance and training programs, and represents clients in investigations by state and federal enforcement authorities. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of antitrust and in Louisiana Super Lawyers® (Law & Politics) in antitrust litigation. Recent engagements include counseling a health care client in connection with a proposed acquisition and defending a not-for-profit hospital in a putative class action by uninsured patients who claimed the hospital charged them more for the same services than it charged insured, Medicare, and Medicaid patients.
