Kelly Simoneaux is a partner in Jones Walker's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on the corporate, tax, and securities aspects of executive compensation. She has experience in designing stock incentive and stock purchase plans, bonus plans, and employment agreements for both public and private entities. She also focuses her practice on the securities laws applicable to stock-based compensation, the securities law obligations of officers and directors of public companies, and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting obligations of officers, directors, and major shareholders.
