Corinne Viso is a member of the firm’s Business & Finance Practice Group, and has more than 15 years of experience in general business and commercial real estate transactions in Louisiana and Texas. A significant part of her practice is devoted to project development, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, servitude agreements, commercial leases, and examining titles. She has also represented borrowers and lenders in drafting and negotiating loan agreements and other collateral documents. Her practice also includes work related to pipeline easements and shared facilities agreements between chemical plants.
