Jane Heidingsfelder is a partner in Jones Walker's Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice focuses on labor relations; business and commercial litigation; employment-related litigation, including litigation under Title VII; the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA); the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA); the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), and state law counterparts. In addition, Ms. Heidingsfelder has handled numerous matters involving commercial contracts, covenants not to compete agreements, errors and omissions for insurance agents and stockbrokers, and directors and officers in jury and judge trials throughout the Southeast, as well as in proceedings before administrative agencies. A native of New Orleans, Ms. Heidingsfelder is a 2003 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
