Allen Frederic joined Jones Walker in 2003 and is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group. His principal area of focus is counseling corporations on corporate governance and related disclosure matters, including assisting with the preparation of Forms 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and press releases. Mr. Frederic's experience also includes the representation of issuers in both public and private securities offerings and handling asset and stock acquisitions and mergers.
