Christopher Tyson is a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. His practice is predominantly transactional with a focus on real estate, land use, and construction law issues. He has worked on projects involving drafting construction contracts, advising clients on zoning issues, condominium conversions, and various aspects of real estate acquisition, closing and entitlements. Mr. Tyson has represented clients before the East Baton Rouge Parish Planning Commission and before community meetings related to various real estate and land entitlement matters. Among other issues, Mr. Tyson is currently working on land acquisition and entitlement matters for a Fortune 100 Company.
