Katie Friel's practice is predominantly transactional, with a focus in the area of state and local taxation. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Ms. Friel served as an Appeals Officer at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Ms. Friel is a 2004 graduate of Tulane University Law School, and she received her master of laws degree from Boston University School of Law in 2005. Ms. Friel is a native of New Orleans.
