Bob Casey is special counsel in the Tax Practice Group. He provides tax and estate-planning advice to clients in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other key transactions.

Bob has been practicing law since 1971. His practice is predominantly transactional, with an emphasis on providing tax and estate-planning counsel to individual and business clients in relation to acquisitions and sales of businesses. Bob concentrates on federal, Louisiana, and local income, estate, gift, and sales taxation, and he is occasionally involved in tax controversy administrative work and litigation.
