Bob Casey has been practicing law since 1971. His practice is predominantly transactional, dealing with acquisitions and sales of businesses, providing tax advices to businesses and individuals, and estate planning. Mr. Casey concentrates on federal, Louisiana, and local income, estate, gift, and sales taxation, and he is occasionally involved in tax controversy administrative work and litigation.

A native of New Orleans, Mr. Casey has served as Chair of the Tax Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association. He has also held the following positions in the American Bar Association's Section of Taxation: Chair of the Committee of Partnerships, Secretary, Council Director, and Vice-Chair. He is a former member of the Council of the American College of Tax Counsel and is a member of the Louisiana Law Institute. Mr. Casey was named one of Worth magazine's 100 Top Attorneys serving affluent families in 2005 and 2006.
