Jennifer Englander is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on labor relations, including the defense of employment discrimination brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and state law counterparts. She represents employers involved in litigation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and various state wage acts. Ms. Englander also advises her clients in drafting employment-related documents, including employee handbooks, offers of employment, and employment contracts.

Ms. Englander joined the firm in 2007, after receiving her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2000.
