Kathy Harrison is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on counseling local, national, and international companies on compliance matters, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance and other corporate governance issues; government and internal investigations; corporate and securities litigation; and the litigation of business and commercial disputes.
Ms. Harrison is a 2007 graduate of the Tulane University Law School, where she served as Book Review Editor of the Tulane Law Review. Ms. Harrison also holds a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Tulane University, and she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
