Ben Woodruff is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group. His practice is predominantly transactional, with a focus on commercial finance, corporate finance, and business organizations. His prior experience includes work on mergers and acquisitions, asset-based commercial loan transactions, contract preparation and negotiation, and other banking and financial arrangements.
Mr. Woodruff joined the firm in 2007, after receiving his juris doctor degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. He received his bachelor of science degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette in 2004.
Noteworthy
- Represented a professional sports team as borrower in negotiations and closing of transactions, which included increasing a league-wide credit facility
