Parker Kilgore is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Baton Rouge office. Mr. Kilgore has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal court. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation including energy, oil and gas, construction, and personal injury disputes.
Since joining Jones Walker in 2007, Mr. Kilgore has represented clients in disputes over mineral ownership and royalties from oil and gas production. Mr. Kilgore has also handled numerous matters in the construction industry, including insurance coverage disputes, construction defect cases, Louisiana Private and Public Works Acts claims, unfair trade practice claims, business tort, and warranty cases.
Mr. Kilgore received his juris doctor degree and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. Mr. Kilgore is also a 1999 graduate of Hendrix College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
