Parker Kilgore is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Baton Rouge office. Mr. Kilgore represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal court. His practice focuses on business, commercial, energy, and oil and gas disputes. 

Mr. Kilgore assists clients in prosecuting and defending claims of trade secret theft, unfair trade practices, non-compete violations, business torts, and computer fraud and abuse.  He represents commercial clients in insurance coverage disputes, construction defect cases, Louisiana Private and Public Works Acts claims, and warranty cases.

Since joining Jones Walker in 2007, Mr. Kilgore's energy practice includes representing companies in expropriation matters, pipeline disputes, and disputes related to hydrocarbon storage leases. Mr. Kilgore represents clients in disputes over ongoing oil and gas production, including disputes over mineral ownership and oil and gas royalties. 

Mr. Kilgore received his juris doctor degree and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. He is also a 1999 graduate of Hendrix College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
