Kristin Gardner is special counsel in Jones Walker's Business & Commercial Transactions Practice Group and practices from the firm's Houston office. Ms. Gardner, who joined Jones Walker in October 2007, concentrates on the areas of transactional finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Ms. Gardner worked as an attorney for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (CPChem), supporting their manufacturing and procurement organizations. She received her juris doctor degree in 2002 from the University of Texas School of Law.
