Kristin Gardner joined Jones Walker in October 2007 as an associate in the Business & Finance Practice Group. Her practice is predominately transactional, and she concentrates in the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Prior to joining Jones Walker, Ms. Gardner worked as an attorney for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, LP, supporting their manufacturing and procurement organizations. She received her juris doctor degree in 2002 from the University of Texas School of Law.
