Tarak Anada is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He handles a broad array of commercial litigation and has significant experience litigating cases in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels.

Mr. Anada's litigation practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration. He has substantial experience representing clients in cross-border disputes before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international arm of the American Arbitration Association, as well as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration. Domestically, Mr. Anada regularly practices before all U.S.-based arbitration associations.
