Tarak Anada is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients across the industry spectrum, including oil and gas, construction, maritime, and healthcare companies.

Tarak is a seasoned trial attorney. His broad multi-industry experience enables him to develop effective litigation strategies geared toward achieving decisive and cost-effective wins for his clients.

Tarak has won jury trials, judge trials, and arbitrations; negotiated settlements; and pursued successful appeals on behalf of Fortune 500 multinational corporations, emerging growth companies, and startups in the energy, environmental, offshore drilling, maritime, construction, healthcare, life sciences, food and agriculture, and other sectors.
