Victoria Franklin-Sisson is a member of the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Birmingham office. She practices in the areas of debtor and creditor relations, representing primarily creditors in enforcing secured and unsecured distressed obligations, labor and employment law, and appellate practice.
Ms. Franklin-Sisson is a member of the Birmingham Planning Commission and serves on its Zoning Advisory Subcommittee. She has presented seminars on land use planning, and has taught Legal Research and Writing at the Birmingham School of Law.
